The work is authored and illustrated by William Whitelock Lloyd, with lithography executed by W. Griggs & Sons, Ltd., Hanover Street, London.
Condition report:
The exterior boards exhibit heavy soiling, staining, and surface wear, with significant bumping and rounding to the corners and edges. The burgundy cloth spine is darkened and shows fraying at the head and tail. Internally, the pages show light foxing and occasional marginal toning, although the chromolithograph colours remain bright and well-preserved. A small closed tear is present on the outer margin of one preliminary page. The binding remains intact though showing signs of age.
