A Neoclassical style covered urn crafted from a dark-patinated copper alloy, likely bronze. No manufacturer marks, foundry stamps, or signatures are visible on the exterior or interior surfaces.
Condition report:
The urn retains a deep, dark brown patina with some light rubbing to the high points of the casting. The black stone base shows several minor chips and nibbles to the sharp edges and corners, consistent with age and use. There is a small area of light green verdigris oxidation visible at the joint where one tripod leg meets the socle. The item would benefit from light cleaning to remove surface dust.
