This collection features several examples of traditional Polish paper-cut folk art known as Wycinanka Łowicka, originating from the Łowicz region.
Condition report:
The paper cutouts are in good, vibrant condition. The brown card mounts show some light edge wear and exhibit scattered foxing and brown age-related spotting, which is particularly visible on the mount for the circular piece. The two contemporary prints appear to be in very good condition and are currently housed in clear plastic protective sleeves.
