A vintage Columbia wooden speaker cabinet, likely dating from the 1920s or 1930s, It has been internally modified and is fitted with a Celestion 8-inch 8-ohm speaker, a Bell 4-inch 4-ohm speaker, and an Eagle crossover unit. It is rated at 40 Watts and is suitable for use with a record player pickup or as a stereo speaker
Condition report:
The cabinet is in fair vintage condition, exhibiting significant surface wear throughout. There are visible scratches, scuffs, and areas of finish loss, particularly concentrated along the top edges and corners. The original grille cloth behind the fretwork is intact but shows age-related discolouration. The internal electrical components and the overall functionality of the unit have not been tested.
