A pair of Victorian-style garden bench ends, manufactured from heavyweight cast iron. Ees designed to accommodate the attachment of wooden seat and backrest slats. No foundry or maker’s marks are visible on the metalwork.
Condition report:
The bench ends are in good structural condition with no visible cracks, breaks, or historical repairs. The black finish exhibits characteristic weathering and signs of age, including surface wear, areas of paint loss, and a greenish oxidation patina consistent with outdoor exposure.
