A pair of non-matching Edwardian mahogany corner or roundabout chairs, dating to the late 19th or early 20th century designed in the Sheraton Revival style, featuring curved armrests with raised central cresting rails.
Condition report:
Both chairs are in used, worn condition and require restoration. The lighter-finished chair exhibits significant wear and loss to the original polish and surface finish throughout the frame. The darker chair has a more consistent finish but shows minor scuffs and scratches commensurate with age. The green velvet upholstery on both seats is heavily worn, faded, and marked, with frayed edges to the piping. The webbing on the underside of the lighter chair is aged and requires replacement. The frames appear structurally sound.
