Condition report:
Distressed condition and structurally unsound, suitable as a restoration project. One rear leg is entirely detached and is currently positioned on the seat. The H-stretcher is broken and disjointed beneath the seat. Significant wear, scuffing, and loss of finish are present throughout, particularly on the armrests and seat surface. The item exhibits general surface grime and signs of age-related wood movement.
