A vintage single-sided vitreous enamel advertising sign for Atcost Limited and representative of mid-century British industrial branding and would have been used as a site marker or building plaque.
Condition report:
The sign is in used vintage condition. The front face retains relatively vibrant colours, though it shows visible surface wear, minor scratching, and areas of rust spotting, particularly concentrated around the edges and the mounting holes. There is a small area of loss to the enamel on the top left edge. The reverse is heavily oxidised with significant surface rust covering the entire back.
