Two volumes of the regimental history of the King’s Regiment (Liverpool) during the First World War, authored by Everard Wyrall. The title page identifies the publisher’s address as 41 & 43 Maddox Street, London, W.1.
Condition report:
The volumes show moderate wear commensurate with age. There is scuffing and rubbing to the leather on the spines and corners, including some loss to the leather at the spine ends. The cloth boards show light marking and shelf wear to the edges. Significant foxing and spotting are visible on the title page of Volume I and the surrounding leaves. The paper edges are tanned. Small adhesive inventory labels are present on the front covers, and a lot tag is present on the shelf.
