An antique brass hearth footman of Queen Anne style, traditionally used as a fireplace plate warmer.
Condition report:
The footman is in good antique condition, exhibiting an aged patina with general surface wear including scratches, scuffs, and tarnished areas consistent with age and domestic use. The underside shows significant oxidation and green verdigris. One rear leg is slightly tilted but remains structurally attached.
