Buyer's Premium:

A collection of coins primarily from the UK, spanning the 20th century. The assembly includes various denominations, notably commemorative base-metal five-shilling crowns such as the 1951 Festival of Britain crown and the 1953 Coronation crown. The lot contains a selection of commemorative nickel-brass and bi-metallic two-pound coins, including the 1986 Commonwealth Games, 1995 United Nations, and 1996 European Football Championship issues. A 1994 D-Day 50th-anniversary commemorative 50p coin is also included. The bulk of the collection consists of loose, circulated pre-decimal and decimal copper, bronze, and cupro-nickel coinage, including pennies, halfpennies, farthings, sixpences, and shillings, featuring portraits of George V, George VI, and Elizabeth II. Also present is a Britains First Decimal Coins blue folder set and a French coin marked FRANCAISE. Several coins are held in protective plastic flips, cases, and folders, while others remain loose and circulated.

Commemorative items and coins in protective cases or folders appear in better condition, ranging from extremely fine to uncirculated. No professional third-party grading (PCGS, NGC) is present.
