A collection containing Pink Floyd music memorabilia and general philatelic materials. The lot includes items from the 2016 Royal Mail commemorative Pink Floyd issue, featuring a presentation pack and booklet titled Royal Mail Mint Stamps with a monochrome group portrait of the band. Also included is a set of PHQ cards reproducing various Pink Floyd album covers, notably Atom Heart Mother and Wish You Were Here. The philatelic portion consists of a large quantity of loose British stamps, primarily Machin head definitives in various colours including purple, teal, and blue. Several stamps are organised into small plastic grip-seal bags with handwritten denominations such as 1p and 2p. The lot also contains two small storage containers with handwritten labels reading VERTICAL and HORIZONTAL. The entire collection is housed within a clear plastic Tuck Shop Strawberry Pencils tub.
Condition report:
The Pink Floyd presentation pack and cards appear to be in good, unused condition. The loose stamps show varying levels of handling consistent with a bulk collection. The plastic storage tub shows some light surface wear and residue.
