This is a glazed porcelain figurine manufactured by the Spanish firm Lladró, identified as model number 4866, titled Girl with Goose and Dog (Spanish: Doncella con Oca y Perro). Designed by sculptor Fulgencio García and first issued in 1974,

Condition report:
The figurine is in good condition with no visible chips, cracks, or signs of professional restoration. Delicate areas, including the goose neck and dog legs, remain intact. The unglazed underside of the base shows minor surface soiling and shelf wear consistent with age.
